Department of Medical Genetics

General Information:

The Department of Medical Genetics was established in 2004, affiliated with the Department of Internal Medical Sciences, and carries out its work with two faculty members, a laboratory personnel and a secretary.

Trainings Given:

1. Conducting academic studies and research.

2. To carry out educational activities for the education of students of the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Dentistry.

Services Provided:

1. Prenatal and postnatal clinical genetic evaluation,

2. To provide services to patients of all age groups and all medical branches in terms of providing diagnosis and guiding treatment in some selected cases.

3. For diagnosis; To provide clinical examination and genetic testing services.
