Our clinic was founded in 1991 by Dr. It was founded by Nalan Kalkan OĞUZHANOĞLU. It also serves Elazığ and surrounding provinces.

1. Theoretical and practical training of 1st, 3rd, 5th and 6th grade students of the Faculty of Medicine,

2. Specialization training of research assistant doctors,
